Palm Beach County Channel 20’s Inside History Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens
A 30 minute DVD video/ program featuring an in depth documentary style visit to the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens is available for puirchase. Cynthia Palmieri, Managing Director leads viewers through the biography of Ann Weaver Norton and her travels from her birthplace in Selma, Alabama to her days in New York and the art scene to her being named the first sculpture instructor at the Norton Gallery and School of Art.

Viewers will visit her studio and come to understand the driving forces in her work and her philosophy about her art that lead to the creation of a rare palm garden.  Ann,  a committed environmentalist, fostered the creation of “Principles for the Gardens” established in 1982 to ensure the integrity of the garden, and her “gift” to the community, her historic home, artist studio and rare palm gardens.
