Literacy Days: Story Times, Poetry Writing, Interactive Activities, Music, Illustration Demonstrations and Art Activities
January 14 and 15 2013, the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens' is pleased to present its 5th Annual Literacy Days, In partnership with the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County and Palm Beach County Library, This one of a kind program provides over 500 students and teachers with a new and creative approach to reading and writing. Authors, illustrators and librarians inspire students grades K-3 and offer them the power of literacy. Children enjoy reading stations, poetry activities, and the unique beauty that is the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.
Made Possible through the generosity of Kids' Dreams Inc., Cynthia Sulzberger, and the Taylor Foundation. Teachers and students alike voted it there favorite school visit and can’t wait to return next year.
