It was her specific intention that her 1.7 acre sculpture gardens featuring 300 species of palms, her 9 monumental sculptures, and her art studio be left for the enjoyment and education of the community and that the gardens remain a mini-ecosystem where plants and animal species could continue to cultivate.

Developed April 2008 as a one day school event, Earth Days is now a 10 day program serving 1600 students. This unique hands-on experience teaches environmental science education, conservation, and stewardship of our environment. Through this program the Gardens has created permanent community partnerships with other like organizations including, Arthur Marshall Foundation, Kids Ecology Corp, Pine Jog Environmental Education Center and the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach.
