As a premier photographer of dance during the seventies, Max Waldman initiated a new and excitingly original technique of realizing scenes and movements from actual performances in his studio. The results were photographs that mastered the tone, and the fire of dance. Baryshnikov, Martins, Farrell, Kirkland, Haydee and Jamison will light up the walls of the Gallery with dance.
